- Prices are valid for 30 days following the quotation's date. If the client approaches later, there can be a change.
- Ensure full payment in advance before work begins.
- 4–6 business days to finish the design.
- Modifications to the design can be done.
- Formats for delivery include PDF, JPG, DOC, PNG. Source file will be shared. We design using PSD and AI.
- Your requested format comes at no extra cost.
- For clients, a maximum of two template designs will be offered.
- Clients are required to validate the design with a sample print before printing bulk counts.
- Payment could not be refunded in the event that the project was cancelled.
- If the client fails to provide the necessary information, materials, or timely approvals at any point during the project, Technox is not in any way liable for the timeline's delay.
- Only email shall be used for all communications.
Website
- Website Prices quoted will be substantial for 30 days from the quotation date. If the client approaches later, there can be a change.
- Prior to initiating project engagement, the client must confirm the website pages and menus by email.
- We only provide paid web design/template at this budget. If a client needs to plan in their own format, the budget will be modified.
- We will begin subsequent pages, once the home page design is confirmed via email.
- Extra charges will apply for each additional Home Page design.
- If the client does not provide content and product details, charges will be separate. Furthermore, Technox will not be held liable for any legal issues that arise as a result of the website's material and images.
- In case of additional menus and pages, charges will be separate.
- Content will be somewhat modified during the period spent on basic Website optimization with client approval.
- There will be no charges for minor adjustments up to three months, but substantial changes will be charged.
- The client can suggest keywords for the Essential Website Optimization Procedure.
- No-cost for social media integration. There will be separate fees for creating social media pages.
- We will charge appropriately for any additional work, such as the design or modification of a logo, brochure, Video, etc.
- Once paid, there will be no refunds at any cost.
- Mobile applications will only be prepared on android.
- The website will be delivered only after full payment is received.
- In the case of static pages, the client does not have the option to change the website pages.
- You are undoubtedly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
- The advance money will not be refundable if the project is cancelled. If the payment procedure is followed properly, Technox will be able to provide timely and effective service. If recurring charges are not paid on time, the account will be deactivated automatically.
SEO
- Prices are valid for 30 days following the quotation's date. If the client approaches later, there can be a change.
- Ensure full payment in advance before work begins.
- At the conclusion of each month, we will send the SEO report.
- Once a contract or specification is completed and signed, it is considered final and irrevocable. Once a payment has been made, it cannot be reversed.
- The maximum time for improvement for medium competitiveness keywords is 4 to 5 months.
- The maximum time for improvement for high competitiveness keywords is 6 to 12 months.
- We also list alternative search terms that can be entered into Google and taken into account for results.
- Before beginning the procedure, the customer must confirm the keywords.
- With the customer's consent, the customer's website will be changed in accordance with SEO guidelines.
- For marketing purposes, clients' company content will be promoted on external websites.
- If the client's website was not created by Technox, the client must make the necessary arrangements for its modification for onpage SEO.
- If the customer fails to provide the necessary information, materials, or prompt approvals at any point during the project, Technox is not accountable for the deadline delay.
- Only email shall be used for all communications.
- The project amount paid will not be refundable in the event of cancellation.
Digital Marketing
- Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the quotation date. If the client approaches later, there can be a change.
- Full payment has to be made before starting the project.
- Contracts and specifications, once finalized and signed, are considered final and irreversible.
- Website traffic and Business branding will be assured.
- The customer must provide mobile verification support.
- Contact information from customers will be used for promotional reasons.
- If the project is cancelled, the payment can’t be refundable.
- If any requests for required materials, information, and fast approvals from the customer at various stages are not responded on time, The timetable delay is not Technox's fault in any way.
- All correspondence must take place via email alone.
- Clients will receive a weekly report on the Ads performance.
- In case of recurring business, If a client does not pay by the due date, Technox will immediately stop providing services. In this situation, we won't be required to give a 10 day warning.
- Without a prior notice of at least 10 business days, neither party may cancel the service agreement or completely transfer the obligations to another service provider.
- There are no rights under the project or in connection with it for non-parties to the Contract.
- Any content or information provided by clients to Technox for publishing will be available to the public as soon as the publication is completed. Technox will not be held liable for screening the material or for any damages or losses of profit, goodwill, or any other business asset.
- By completing the contact form, clients are giving us personal information such as their name, email address, phone number, and website URL. We will keep this information private and won't share it with anyone else. However, Technox staffs’ will have access to the material.
- Data transfer via the internet is inherently unsafe, hence Technox cannot provide any form of protection in this area.
